1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The itinerary was perfect. It was just what we wanted. All people related to InsideJapan were extremely courteous and helpful. Travel arrangements (Japan Rail and local subway) were fine. Ota-san especially helpful.

Ota-san was exceptional. He related very well to all of us and was responsive to our needs. He could't have been more helpful in all situations and his sense of humor added greatly to our enjoyment of the trip.

Bigger hotels were very good. In the smaller cities, they were as good as was available

Welcome back! It sounds like you had a fantastic time in Japan and enjoyed everything. It's true that getting from place to place can take longer than you might expect, especially once you get away from the main train lines, but I'm glad that it didn't lessen the experience for you.
